Subject: Having problem with eplain table of contents
Cc: cadwell@shishi.ca.boeing.com
Hello,
I am having a problem with eplain table of contents.
I do not know if it is me, the documentation, or
centered elsewhere.
My version is 2.6: 2 May 1994 (and plain 3.1415).
And I'm running on an SGI IRIX 4.0.5.
In the first case, a tex file thus
\input eplain
\writetocentry{chapter}{part1}
\centerline{Contents}
\readtocfile
\bye
only produces the line "Contents."
A peek into the toc file after running tex shows that it has
the correct entries:
\tocchapterentry {part1}{1}
